Due to the current situation, the only way you are able to order your medications is either via our online services (if you are not registered, our staff can enable this ovet the telephone)
Or you can call the surgery between 11:00 - 15:00 to order your repeat medication. These prescriptions will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.
Please still allow 48 hours for us to be able to process the prescription, and for it to be sent to your nominated Pharmacy.
If you have regular medication for a condition, that your doctor is aware of, you can periodically collect a repeat prescription from the practice without having to make an appointment.
As of the 30th June 2019 WLCCG have Introduced a Stopping of 3rd Party Ordering, which means Pharmacies will no longer be ordering your Repeat Medication, you will need to order your own Medication in the following ways below. If you feel you are unable to do this, please contact either us or the pharmacy itself and a request to be exempt.

Our practice has been enabled to take repeat prescriptions online. In order to make use of this facility, you must be registered as a patient with our practice. Only then can you register for this service. You can register by visiting us in person with proof of identity. Please note this service should not be used to message the surgery or request medication that is not on your regular repeat list. To do this please contact the surgery in person using one of the following options.
Please be aware that you can only order regular repeat medication and this service should not be used to send messages to the surgery.You should contact the surgery in person to request any other medications that are not on your repeat list or discuss any other issues and services. Thank you.
By Post/In Person
You can send in the printed repeat request slip which is attached to your prescriptions to the practice by post or in person.
Please allow two working days before collection of your prescription, to allow it to be checked and signed by your doctor. Prescriptions will be ready to collect after 12 noon 48 hours after request (2 working days).
