Patients can request a home visit if they are housebound, or too ill to attend the practice but should always endeavour to request this by 10:00am by calling 01455 632277. Failure to do so may lead to delays. This will then be triaged by the On-Call clinician via telephone first to ensure a visit is appropriate.
Please be aware that home visits are not suitable for patients who can leave the house in any capacity. The responsibility for arranging transport to an appointment lies with the patient, and home visits will not be offered on the grounds of transport issues.
