316 questionnaires were sent out to patients with 26 being completed.
🫵 We rely on your feedback so If you are sent a questionnaire and have a few minutes to complete it, please do so as we appreciate all the feedback that we are given and this helps us to understand where we need to improve and what we are doing well.
