📣402 Friends and Family Questionnaires were sent out in November and 39 were completed 📣
🌟 We really appreciate all the feedback that is given and work hard to make any changes that we can to provide a better service to our patients. Here are some of the changes we have made:
✅ Face masks are always available to our patients
✅ We now have 4 salaried GP’s
✅ We have now put a process in place to ensure appointments are given the adequate time.
