Using the NHS or Airmid app allows you quick access to lots of your medical information, including test results repeat prescription requests and accessing your medical records.

The Practice reserves the right to remove online access to anyone who does not use their access rights appropriately.
Please be aware
Having online access may include:
Medical record: past & present – there may be something you have forgotten in your record that you may find upsetting.
Medical Terminology – some of the information in your record may be highly technical and written by Specialists and not easily understood. Please contact the surgery if you require clarification.
Abnormal results and bad news – there is a risk that you may read something you may find upsetting.
Private requests
We understand that at times medical reports and private letters maybe required.
If a request is made for a private medical report to be completed or any other non NHS work that requires a General Practitioner to complete, there will be an upfront charge that is payable by cash.
Please attend the practice to discuss further with a member of the reception team as charges do vary dependent on the request.
If a To Whom It May Concern letter is required, please complete the form below and return to the practice along with the appropriate fee. Please note you may require an appointment with a clinician before the request can be completed.
We aim to complete any non NHS work within 28 working days.
